How we use your details
The short version: we use what you send us to answer you and to do the work. Nothing else.
What we collect
What you send us, and nothing more
This page is written plainly on purpose. Ask us if anything is unclear.
When you message us on WhatsApp, call us, or visit the workshop, we end up with your name, your phone number, the area or building you live in, and the details of your windows. If you send photographs of your rooms, we have those too.
The website itself does not collect your details. The message builder on the Connect us page runs entirely in your browser: nothing is stored or sent anywhere until you press send inside WhatsApp. The price estimator is the same, and it never asks who you are.
Why we have it
- To answer your enquiry and give you a price.
- To measure, make and fit your track.
- To honour the warranty and answer you afterwards.
- To keep the records a business is required to keep.
We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after 12 months. Job records are kept while the warranty runs, plus the period our accounts require.
Photographs of your home
We photograph our own work. A photograph of your home appears on this site only if you have told us it may, and the name of your building appears only if you have agreed to that separately. Tell us at any time and we will take it down.
Who else sees it
Our website host and our phone and messaging providers handle this information as part of running those services. WhatsApp messages are held by WhatsApp under its own terms. We do not pass your details to anyone else.
Asking us to delete it
Write to [name] at [email address], or call [number]. Tell us the phone number you contacted us on, and we will remove what we hold, apart from records we are required to keep. You can also ask us what we hold, or ask us to correct it.
This page
We are the people responsible for your information under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you are unhappy with how we have handled it, tell [name] first, and you may then approach the Data Protection Board of India.
